Integrative medicine combines conventional medical care with evidence-based nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and complementary approaches. Dr. Raboteau is board certified in integrative medicine and completed a two-year fellowship at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. An integrative visit looks at how your symptoms, habits, history, and environment fit together, and ends with a plan built around what matters to you.
Common reasons patients book an integrative visit include fatigue, digestive problems, sleep trouble, chronic pain, stress, and wanting a second look at a long-standing condition.
We evaluate and treat hormone-related concerns for women and men. For women this includes perimenopause and menopause symptoms, irregular cycles, and PMS. For men this includes low testosterone and related symptoms. Care begins with a detailed history and appropriate lab work. When treatment is recommended, we discuss the options, including lifestyle changes, non-hormonal medications, and hormone therapy, along with the benefits and risks of each, and we monitor you over time.
Weight is shaped by sleep, stress, medications, hormones, and genetics, not willpower alone. We start with a medical evaluation to understand what is contributing for you, then build a plan around nutrition, movement, and sleep. When appropriate, we discuss medication options and what to expect from them. We do not sell meal plans or set target weights for you; we work toward the goals you set.
OMT is hands-on treatment that osteopathic physicians use to diagnose and treat problems in the muscles, joints, and connective tissue. Dr. Raboteau uses gentle techniques, including muscle energy, myofascial release, and cranial approaches, matched to each patient. OMT is commonly used for:
Low back and neck pain
Headaches and jaw pain
Shoulder, hip, and knee problems
Recovery after injury or surgery
Pain and discomfort during pregnancy
Infant and childhood concerns such as feeding difficulty and plagiocephaly
OMT visits last about 30 to 45 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
We offer professional-grade supplements in the clinic and through our online Fullscript dispensary. Learn more on our Supplements and Dispensary page.
