Welcome. Here is how to get started.

Your first visit

Plan on about 60 minutes for a new patient visit so we have time to go through your history properly. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

Bring:

• A photo ID and your insurance card, if you have one

• A list of your medications and supplements, or the bottles themselves

• Recent lab results, imaging reports, or records from other doctors, if you have them

• Your questions. Write them down so nothing gets missed.

Insurance and pricing

Hui Ola Clinic is a new practice, and our insurance contracts are being finalized. We expect to be in network with major Hawaiʻi plans by December 31, 2026. We will update this page as each plan becomes active.

If you have questions about cost before booking, call or text us. We would rather talk it through than have you guess.

Supplements

If Dr. Raboteau recommends supplements, you can buy them in the clinic or online through Fullscript. See our Supplements and Dispensary page.

Policies

Cancellations. Please give us 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so another patient can use the time.

Prescription refills. Request refills through your pharmacy or the patient portal at least three business days before you run out.

Emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
